Cissna Park Education Foundation received $699.00 through the Thrivent Choice® Program in 2014.  Thrivent Choice lets members show their care for the community

The program allows eligible Thrivent Financial members to recommend how a portion of Thrivent Financial’s charitable funds are distributed. Nationwide, $49 million in funding was distributed to more than 22,000 congregations and non-profit organizations through the program in 2014. More than $170 million has been distributed since the program began in 2010.

“Seeing our members have a say about how charitable dollars are given in their communities is so rewarding,” said Larry Burton, financial representative serving in the Illiana area. “The stories about how grant funding through Thrivent Choice has made a difference in the lives of our community members, churches and nonprofits really validate the program’s continued success.”
