If you have been awarded a scholarship from the Cissna Park Education Foundation, the following will provide you with information about that scholarship and how to receive your award.

SCHOLARSHIPS

Ristow-Zigenhorn / $400: Payment is made upon successful completion of your first semester of higher education. Successful completion is demonstrated by providing documentation of “C” or better grades, or the equivalent thereof while maintaining full-time student status and proof of enrollment for the next semester. It is the student’s responsibility to provide this information to an officer of the Foundation. If the student does not maintain full-time student status or does not maintain a “C” or better, or equivalent average, the scholarship is

Michael Gorman Memorial / $1000: Payment will be awarded directly to the student upon receipt of the Scholarship.

Carl Berg Memorial / $500: Payment will be awarded directly to the student at the successful completion of their first grading cycle of schooling, training or higher education. Successful completion is demonstrated by providing documentation of successful completion and proof of enrollment for the next period if warranted. It is the student’s responsibility to provide this information to an officer of the Foundation. If the student does not complete their schooling or training, the scholarship is forfeited.

PAYMENTS
Depending on which scholarship you received, payment may be immediate or upon completion of some post-High School education. In either case, in order to receive payment, you will need to provide an address for us to send the funds along with any other requirements stated above. You can either send that information to the Foundation address or email address.

IMPORTANT: Application for the funds must be made prior to February 1st. of the year following receiving the award or it will be forfeited.
